Ilfracombe Round Table to the rescue for nurses

lfracombe Round Table has been helping out our NHS heroes by caring for the hands that care. When the group spotted a plea from a local nurse at North Devon District Hospital asking for moisturiser for their painful and ravaged hands, they im- mediately donated six large boxes full to the hospital.

As you can imagine, with all the washing and sterilising needed during the coronavirus outbreak, the nurse’s hands were not in a good way. A spokesman said: “Thanks to our local front line carers, you’re all heroes!”
